Ring-billed Gull fishing – Windsor Ontario

This medium-sized gull is one of the most common birds in North America. It breeds in freshwater habitats in the interior of the continent. In winter, it switches to mostly saltwater areas along both the East and West Coasts. Length: 43-54 cm Wingspan: 1.2-1.5 m Lifespan: up to 32 years
