Kingfishers are some of my most favorite birds. I love the challenge of catch them in actions as they are very fast. In southern Canada, we have only one species of Kingfisher, the Belted Kingfisher. It is extremely shy. Ever since I relocated back to Canada, I have been trying to find a chance to catch this Kingfisher fishing. Finally this opportunity came couple days ago. Here is the sequence of actions that I captured.
