We are so fortunate to have a juvenile Belted Kingfisher hanging around the pond at our local park for the last few days. It is learning how to hunt fishes. It dives very frequently as it can only catches the tiny fishes. Local photographers are all excited to catch this Kingfisher in action. I start by posting a few of the perching shots of this beautiful juvenile.
