Belted Kingfisher diving moment – Windsor Ontario

July 25, 2022 By Stan Lee

Back in late June, we had two juvenile Belted Kingfishers learning how to fish at the pond of our local park. The female one did not learn as fast as the male one. The male one had a 75% successful rate. Captured here is the moment the juvenile male diving just entering into the water.
