Flame-faced Tanager – Ecuador

This small tanager has an unmistakable bright red-orange face that fades to yellow on the crown and nape.  It can be found in the Andes of Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Peru at elevations of 1,000–2,600 meters. Length: 14–15 cm (5.5–5.9 in)
