The male of this small, cute hummingbird has a long tail, rackets and white leg puffs. Its body length is 11-15 cm (4.3-5.9 in) including the 7-8 cm (2.8-3.1 in) long tail. It can be found in Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador.
