We are so fortunate to have this rare visitor visiting our region. The Swallow-tailed Kite resides in South America and migrates to breed. Around 3% of the world’s population breed in the southern states of United States. A very graceful and elegant bird in flight. Length: 50-68 cm (20-27 in) Wingspan: 1.12–1.36 m (3.7–4.5 ft)
