Tropical Kingbird – Windsor Ontario

This tropical species is a rare visitor to our region, my first time seeing it here. This is my second encounter of the Tropical Kingbird. My first encounter of it was in Costa Rica back in 2020.

Today, I was lucky enough to capture these consecutive 7 frames of this beautiful flycatcher in motion from perching, taking off and in flight.
