Last time I photographed a Black-billed Magpie was in Alberta 2015. This was the first time I had ever seen this species in our region, southern Ontario. It was not the ideal photo shooting environment or weather that these photos were taken. The lighting was very dark and we had to stay far away outside of a private farm shooting into the backgrounds of the house and other distracting equipment. Nevertheless, I have my record shots of them.
